Participation Rules
1. Campaign Period: Now through October 8, 2025 (extended from September 28).
2. The campaign is now open to everyone. Please choose the participation method that applies to you.
3. Participants must be 18 years or older and submit their entry during the campaign period following the rules to be eligible.
4. Only one entry per person is allowed. If duplicates are found, only the first submission will count.
5. If posting on both platforms, please use only one account to avoid multiple entries.
6. Entries must be original and legal, created by the participant. Any form of plagiarism, impersonation, or dishonesty will result in disqualification.
7. Photos must be original; light editing is allowed, but AI-generated or heavily altered content will not be accepted.
8. By entering, participants agree that THUNDERX3 may use submissions for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing).

Prize Selection & Creative Pick
1. After the campaign ends, 3 lucky winners will be selected via random draw. 👉 All participants will have a chance to win the FLEX Pro Chair MESH, LAB-X Desk, or CORE Smart MESH Black.
2. THUNDERX3 users who submit vibe photos will automatically qualify for the Creative Pick Special Prize, awarded to the most creative submission.
3. The Creative Pick will be judged based on product presentation, thematic fit, and overall brand style. The final decision rests with THUNDERX3.
4. Winners will be announced within 30 days after the campaign ends and contacted via direct message. Prizes will be shipped within 30 days of confirmation of delivery details (excluding weekends and public holidays).
5. No need for professional photography — just real usage and fun creativity can help you stand out!
Got Questions?
Yes! The campaign is open to everyone. Simply complete the Gleam tasks and share/repost one of the product setup photos from our official campaign update post, and you’ll be entered into the Grand Prize draw.
Yes. THUNDERX3 users who upload a vibe photo featuring their THUNDERX3 product will automatically qualify for the Creative Pick Special Prize, which will be awarded to the most creative submission.
No. All entries submitted before September 28 are still valid and will automatically be included in the extended draw.
Light editing is acceptable, but heavily manipulated or AI-generated images that don’t reflect genuine use of THUNDERX3 products may be disqualified.
The terms and conditions clearly state that by entering, participants grant THUNDERX3 the right to use submitted content for brand-related promotional purposes without further compensation. This is limited to social media, websites, and brand materials, with no modification to the original message.
Winners will be publicly announced and contacted via DM. If there is no response within the stated timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
We encourage creative, lifestyle, or gaming setup photos that represent your ThunderX3 style. Simple product shots are acceptable, but entries that show personal expression or gaming aesthetics have a better chance of being featured.
Completing the Gleam form is mandatory to finalize your entry and provide shipping/contact details. Without it, your participation cannot be confirmed.
Others
1. Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified and provide valid shipping info. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture.
2. THUNDERX3 reserves worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual rights to use submitted photos for marketing purposes.
3. The organizer may cancel, postpone, or revise the campaign due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. THUNDERX3 reserves the right of final interpretation.

1. By submitting your personal data—including your name, email address, and shipping information—you consent to its use solely for campaign participation, winner notification, and prize delivery.
2. For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), THUNDERX3 complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of your data at any time.
